Honoring the Life and Legacy of Danielle Meyer
Danielle Meyer was a passionate advocate for children of all abilities. From 2013 to 2015, she pursued her graduate studies in speech-language pathology at Portland State and worked at the Autism Training and Research Center, where she dedicated herself to creating more inclusive, supportive environments for young learners.
During her time at PSU, Dani also fell in love with Portland—its parks, its food scene and especially the joy of 80’s night dance floors.
To carry forward her spirit and commitment, this scholarship supports future educators who, like Dani, are called to work in special education and devote their energy to those who need it most.
