The PSU Student Emergency Fund offers short-term financial assistance to Portland State University students during a sudden and unexpected emergency. Emergency and hardship funds provide resources for PSU students facing unexpected challenges. Funds are distributed to students in need to help cover urgent needs such as housing, food, transportation, childcare or medical bills.
Student Emergency funds keep students in school, preventing students from withdrawing due to a short-term financial crisis.
Students are able to access these funds for safety related needs, emergency or temporary housing assistance, medical expenses, emergency transportation costs, replacement of essentials belongings due to fire, flood, theft or natural disaster, childcare concerns, and more. All donations support students directly.
Please give generously and thank you!
